ARCHITECTURE WORKERS: ORGANIZING FOR CHANGE

Creative Direction & Editor

Architecture Workers: Organizing for Change is a feature film and web series created in partnership with director-producer Valérie Lechêne and The Architecture Lobby. It is set to release in Fall 2026, with an advance version having exhibited at the 2025 Venice Biennale for Architecture.

The film interviews members of the Lobby, which organizes for fair labor practices, critical education and equity for marginalized people in the field of architecture. It also includes the perspective of allied workers, including engineers, movement organizers and lawyers.

Combining online interview recordings, animation, archival media and illustration, this project offers resources, practical skills, stories, inspiration and seven calls to action for building a better future for all.
